I got these to go on my fiskars 28mm stick rotary cutter, as "frequently bought together." i see no way these blades go on this cutter. am i wrong?

No! You are not wrong. I bought them the same way, I was in the middle of a project, under a deadline and didn't have time to figure them out. I tried to replace the blade on my rotary cutter and finally gave up. It was like a puzzle I didn't want to do anymore. Finally, I put my old blade back on, threw them in a drawer and that's where they are today. Very frustrating and a waste of money!

Do you get two blades like in the picture for this price?

Yes ... the packet comes with two blades.

Is this a "Style F" blade?

Yes, it fits an "F" style cutter that my wife has. Good blades!

How do you change the blade?

The orange covering over the blade opens and the blade slips out without requiring tools.
