I suffer with fibromyalgia, joint hyper mobility and Chiari malformation so having ice packs and warm bags is important for me. This product is really good quality, made with thick material which many aren’t so I’m always scared they will pop. I’ve used this dozens of times now, pip it in the freezer and it cools quickly so your not waiting around for pain relief. It don’t freeze solid either so it’s easier to mould around my neck and shoulders. So pleased with my purchase.

All good only little thing be good if it wrapped and then clipped together or had a strong to tye as it kept slipping of my shoulders.
