I bought these a week ago for $6 cheaper but had to return them because they were damaged. How can I reorder them for the same price I paid then?

You can’t. Just have to wait for price to reduce again. Sometimes during a refund process, exchange is not always an option. It’s rarely an option for me depending on the seller available.

Is there any arch support ?

There's some arch support but don't expect much. It's cushiony and comfortable so won't hurt your feet much if you have flat fee unless you intend to walk publicly and for a long period of time with them.

Cash on Delivery available?

Depends on the country. Amazon doesn't do COD in the US but they do in others.

My old guy wears size 13EEE. He is 6´2¨ about 275. Sent him these, and he loved the fit right away. They do have some leeway with velcro strap, but basically normal to wide, not narrow. Fit may be different at different sizes, but good fit for very large men.
