These are great! Would buy them again.
Bought this replacement blade on a whim cause we didn't have time to go to the restaurant supply store, and these are not only a direct replacement, but they are very very sharp and work better than the originals.

Fits perfectly on Happybuy Commercial Fruit and Vegetable Chopper
Oops, reviewed too soon. It did fit the happybuy chopper but-t-t-t the first batch of potato's we did with it we could not get a single potato thru it, put the one from the happybuy back in and all the potato's went thru fine. I guess its a crapshoot to get a good blade. Most of the reviews on it said it worked fine! Lucky me, I'm sending this one back!
