1.75 %of inert matter This is absolutely the best grass seed I've ever used, you won't regret it!

Does this fescue have Endophyte in it?

Whatever it has dosen't matter, this is by far the worst seed I ever bought. I spread it on rich soil and nothing , zero grass , waste of money

It is a perennial seed. It’s better to plant it in September so it has the time to make deep roots. I planted it in May and it sprouted but later died because that summer was very hot.
