If hair is partially grey, how will roux fanci-full #2 affect hair that is not grey?

If your non-grey hair is darker, there will be no affect whatsoever. The Fanci-full rinse will only add color to the grey hair. My hair is exactly that "partially grey", the rinse, White Minx removes the yellow tones that you see now.

Brighten mostly grey hair?

I love this product, I know it's used as a leave in rinse, I put it on in the shower, leave it on for my entire shower then rinse out. My grey hair shines

I'm interested in turning my dark-blond beard into a graying dark-blond beard (for a costume). Would this work for that?

No, since this product adds color and will not add white. You'd want to use some sort of a paste. Try finding a rinse-out "Manic Panic" hair gel, or even use white toothpaste. Baking soda or baby power mixed with water would also work, but if your shirt will be dark a pre-mixed gel or paste will be better (baby powder would likely "dust" your shirt at some point).
