Probably the best soy sauce I've ever tasted. Not too salty and the flavor is lovely. It's not a "hit you in the face" whammy like most store brands. It's deep and complex...the only soy sauce I use for dumplings, pot stickers etc. Wonderful

Excellent flavor without the sodium
Upon arrival, I opened the bottle for a quick sample. I immediately tossed out the two bottles of black vinegar in my pantry. There is no comparison in flavor. This is what I have been looking for in a black vinegar. It is similar to an aged balsamic with a lighter and more subtle flavor. I love a good aged vinegar. Yes, I ordered more.
