how do I apply glitter? Is it safe to put fitter under lamp?

Im not sure what a fitter is, but how i usually apply the loose glitter is 2 ways.1 after I do my base coat I do a top coat and before I cure it ,I sprinkle or apply glitter where or how I want it.2 after I do a base coat I pour some top coat on a tray or something and then mix the glitter in. Then I apply as if it was a glitter polish. Also glitter polish comes with the kit. If you do the 2nd method clean your brush before putting it back into the bottle.

Is this a 15 ml bottle or 7ml?

Dear, For our 20 color gels sets, they are all have 20 x mini gel polish colors (5ml each bottle) + 3 x no wipe base and glossy & matte top coat ( 7.5ml each bottle). Kind regards
