The bacon flavored and unflavored are both sold by Amazon. Of the two (2) flavors our fur babies really like the bacon flavor (big surprise) though they will accept the unflavored. Since my first purchase was of both flavors I simply mix them as the bottles are used so that they receive the bacon flavor in all doses. The results are without question and as stated by the seller. They have a good appetite, their coats are full and lustrous, my older dog is free of any joint issues, they are all energetic, like to take the prescribed dosage (1 to 3 ml per body weight), and respond well to the treatment. The bottles are small (2 fluid ounces) and expensive (about US$34 per bottle or US$17 per ounce) even in a four (4) bottle package. This means that for my group I get about three (3) days of doses for their weight from one (1) bottle for all three (3) of them based on a daily regimen. For my reasoning I would gladly pay more to keep my fur babies (all three (3) of them) in good health, appetite, and happy. RestoraPet delivers on that reasoning.

I bought this to try out on my 2 dogs. Laura, my Chihuahua, is 15 yrs and JoJo, my Lancashire Heeler, is 14 yrs. Laura recently started to develop a luxating patella. So far, I have noticed this is bothering her less. They both walk at least a mile a day, and to date, I have not had any issues with them becoming tired on the walks, even at their age. I am using this to maintain their eyes, oral, and general good health! They have become even more playful, chasing me around the house!

My 14 yo Chi was diagnosed with CHF when she blindsided us by going into full-blown heart failure 3 years ago. She has been on meds since then and doing well but with the passing of my other beloved chi (16 yo) she was def a little out of sorts and starting to just waste away (broken heart). Since then we have rescued another senior chi who was in need of a good home and she came to us with some pretty major skin issues. Long story short we did diet changes and added lots of vitamins/nutrients/supplements to their regimen but this was among the first and I truly believe it has had a major impact for both my girls. My 14 yo is full of energy- don't get me wrong the girl loves to nap but when she is up she is UP, and always ready to go for walks! The unexpected benefit as well is her coat- it is so soft and so lush! Truly better than it has been in years. Our rescue chi was determined by my vet to have really severe allergies- in addition to the stress of coming from a crap situation and in to the shelter environment- but we had no idea to what (still don't at the moment) but adding this to her repertoire of meds and supplements has already made her symptoms manageable and truthfully they are all but gone. We are just about finished with our first bottle but this will be a life long supplement for us as we are so grateful at how much it has helped.

I think this product has definitely helped my dog's coat and his heart murmur, however you need to titer your dog up to the full dose!! I practice applied kinesiology (muscle testing), and to my surprise found that I needed to start my 13 lb dog on a VERY small dose. I started him on only 3 drops a day and increased by 2 drops a day until I was up to a full dropper. Once he was at a full dropper, he was able to take 2 full droppers within a few of days. He's had no issues with it. I'm reading in the comments some people's dog's experienced side effects and I believe this is why.

I used this to get my sick cat to eat but it did not help when I tried to give the recommended dose. I had to mix this with can cat food and use only a few drops at first. I slowly added more drops and she must have gotten use to the taste but I never got her to take the full dose. It says it is odorless and tasteless but like some of the other reviews, my cat knew it was in the food. I was able to slowly work up to about half the dose and it did help me to get her to eat again. The vet could not tell me what was wrong with her but she has long hair so I used this, with can food and hairball treats and she finally began coughing up the hairballs. If you get this I suggest you start out with a small dose if you have a picky eater. Don't give up because I do believe it did help my 13 year old cat to recover. I have only used this for this one cat and have not tried it on dogs.

My black mouth cur has knee issues and with using this his knee does not pop out. This is a great product. I just mix it in his food and he eats it right up. He does prefer the unflavored.
