I’ve tried 5+ brands of D-Mannose capsules over the years for my recurring UTI symptoms. Most took weeks to months—even at high doses (3 capsules 3x/day)—and I still had to baby my water intake or I would regress very quickly. In my experience, Solaray was a game-changer. Honestly, it really was. Within less than 2 days of starting (2 capsules, 2x/day), my urgency and burning eased up a lot. By Day 3, those symptoms had faded completely for me. I’m guessing it’s the CranActin blend or just higher purity—either way, no taste issues, no side effects that I noticed. We stocked up during a sale. This is now my only go-to.
