do the teethe rotate?

nope. but the rake pulls out undercoat easily and according to my wimps fairly painlessly. you can tilt it to pick at mats/thick undercoat spots and also rake thru. very versatile....my first one was wooden and given to me by a chow friend.

Where can i find theuntangler vrake? i know it rotates. desperate to find it

Does this work well on cats? I loved the wooden twinco comb this product resembles, but wonder if it's suitable for cats.

It does work well on cats and does not have sharp teeth. Be sure and read instructions on back of box so you know how to properly use it.

Is this v-rake really 8" long with a 4" wide head? I'm looking for a v-rake that is about 6" long, with about a 2" wide head.

The rake is about 2-1/4" wide and about 5-1/2" tall. It works beautifully on my doodle's paws, and cleans any mats out from the paws.
