These work great. They are high quality and last a long time. The have 3 different layers so that I can lift my heel 1/8", 1/4", or 3/8". One of my legs is shorter than the other and most people have one leg that is longer/shorter than the other. My left leg is 8mm shorter than my right leg and that causes my hips to not be straight, and in turn, that causes me to have lower back pain. By placing one of these in my left shoe, it raises my leg and levels my hips so that I have much less back pain. This is the same brand sold at the Chiropractor's office and I bought my first pair there because they were recommended to help me. These are much cheaper on Amazon, so I bought 3 more pair here on Amazon and now I have them in all the shoes I wear on a regular basis. They really help and they last a long time. Some people put them in both shoes to give cushion for their heels and they work great for that too because they absorb a lot of shock in the heel when you walk. Live life more comfortably and with less pain, and it starts in the feet! I highly recommend these!

High quality. Im 400lbs and they last quite a while in my work boot. Great for if you need a heel lift, start at 1/8 and work it up as it wears or as needed. I broke my legs and one leg is shorter, helped realign my pelvis but was extremely painful for about a month or two.

Felt comfortable at first, but it shifted during the day and had to remove shoe and adjust. Did not stay in place as well as my previous heel lift did.

I have one leg shorter than the other, and in my old age I am finding that I have a lot of back pain that has been caused over the years. I have bought more than one set of these orthopedic heel lifts. They have made a difference in my ability to walk pain-free. It's not all gone, but it's certainly improved.

It’s easy to use. You can peel off a layer to adjust the height. It doesn’t have a sticky residue.

Best heel lifts I've had. Only issue is they get detached from the main part. How do I get them to stick to my shoe?
