There are versions of this made with non-Legos and some products selling things to add to the bouquet, like lights. You may be seeing those, or a possible secondary listing, but without seeing for myself I couldn’t tell you. Check the reviews for the product as well as the seller and for any photos.

Do you think a 12 year old would be able to put this together? It says 18+ and my daughter loves it but I am not sure it will be successful, thanks!

If your 12 year old has patience and the skills to put together the more complicated Lego sets, this should be no different.

What size vase works best for these?

I ordered a 3.5 x 3.5 x 8" bamboo vase for mine...I wouldn't go higher but you could definitely size down height one or two inches. I kept some old florist foam about an inch thick to put in the bottom to keep them oriented.
