How do I open it? Can’t seem to figure it out

The clasp can be slided to open. There is a picture on the description showing how it is like when is open. Thank you!

My magnet clasp broke after 5 weeks. Is it just trash now or is there a way to fix it?

If you have a retailer that sells beaded jewelry in your area, I would just take it to them and ask them to put a new clasp on it. If it is a clean break, there is a glue called E6000 that is very good at bonding things together, even metal.
