Great for anxiety/ADHD
I love these things! I first saw one in my therapist's office and decided to buy a pack. I have anxiety and ADHD and I'm always fidgeting. They're small and easy to keep in a purse or pocket and they hold up well if you don't pull hard on them and stretch them out. The texture is nice. They're kind of bumpy feeling, but not sharp at all. Definitely a convenient little fidget toy. The only drawback I've noticed at all is if you use one until the coating/paint starts coming off, then it makes your hands smell like coins.

Great quality and a great way to stop doom scrolling
Product arrived in secure packaging and with a thankyou note which was a sweet touch. Quality of the rings is very good, they are sturdy, not flimsy and I love all the colours. I work with reflexology tools and having a simple ring to slide up and down any finger is very healing for the body and grounding. The gentle pressure of the ring hits many acupressure points. I am so used to holding and looking at my phone that playing with these rings deters me from absently picking up the phone to doom scroll lol.
