Love this book! Great detail! Couldn't be more happier! Goes through all the stages of a females life, and tinctures and herbs to help along the process. I am dealing with infertility so I'm hopeful for some of the herbs to come in handy!

Good read, useful information. Would recommend reading their first one before this one as you learn more about the harms of certain things.(they do tell you in this book to read the first).

I would recommend this book to all women and I wish I had read it sooner! The Herbs for Women section has become a solid reference for me. There is something for every women in this book. I would especially recommend it to anyone suffering from any hormone-related health problems, including PCOS and endometriosis.

This book was bought as a gift for a holistic lover. And let me tell you what this is a great quality and beautiful book. The little colored illustrations were a beautiful touch throughout the book. It covers so much information about different herbs, their uses, and it includes some herbal recipes. Very knowledgeable and handy book for those who love herbal and natural plant uses.
