This seller sent me a product that does not work. The seller was then unable to send me the correct return label after many attempts. The seller has poor communication skills.

So this came with a US plug and adapter which blew my electricity so had to buy a transformer for it which was heavy and ugly to have on the worktop! It’s impossible to clean the inside and after a few months, I’ve had to throw it away as noticed the inside was full of rust ?!? No idea how or why and given Ninja is a good brand, I wonder whether this is a legit Ninja product! Ninja customer service confirmed this is 100% stainless steel so how can it rust?!?

Llevo 3 años amando este electrodoméstico, muy versátil, tostar, gratinar, deshidratar, hornear, freír al aire, puedes seleccionar centígrados o Fahrenheit, siempre comida deliciosa, fácil de usar y fácil de limpiar siempre que tengas el cuidado de dejar la bandeja negra puesta cuando sabes que pueden ocurrir derrames (está especificado en el instructivo de uso), además no ocupa espacio al poderlo levantar, lo compraría una y mil veces más!!

Decidimos comprar este Horno Ninja Foodi 8-in-1 para sustituir el hornito tostador B&D qué sólo tostada de un lado. Estamos muy satisfechos con el Ninja Foodi porque hasta ahora, ha servido para tostar pan diariamente, recalentar pizza, hacer pechugas cordón Bleu y papas a la francesa con la función Air Fry y hornear crumble de manzana en refractario. Algunas valoraciones le daban menos estrellas al ser chico, pero para ser un horno de mostrador que se puede colocar en vertical al no usarse , no se puede pedir más. Excelente electrodoméstico para espacios pequeños.

This Ninja toaster oven quickly became one of my favorite kitchen appliances. It heats up fast, cooks evenly, and looks great on the counter. The flip-up design saves space, and the interior light makes it easy to check on food. There’s a small learning curve with the rack positioning, but once you get it, it’s very easy to use. I use it for reheating, toasting, air frying, baking, and broiling, and everything comes out great. I even dehydrated lemons for cocktails and they turned out amazing. Like any oven, it does get hot depending on the setting, but it’s easy to manage, and the cooldown indicator is helpful. The crumb tray is easy to remove and clean. The stainless steel exterior can get smudges, but it wipes clean easily with a soft cloth. Overall, this is a high-quality appliance that does way more than just toast. Definitely worth the purchase.

Me parece un excelente producto, tiene muchas funciones. Pre calienta muy rápido, las primeras veces hay que vigilar lo que horneamos y/o disminuir el tiempo y temperatura, ya que es muy potente y puede llegar a quemarse. Es muy chaparrito por lo que no se puede hornear un pastel ó meter muy moldes altos.

The seller delivered promptly and the item was packaged well. I recently gave my Ninja SP101 to my son. I loved it so much I bought the same model as replacement. Ninja added an interior light, which is a nice upgrade. The larger single-layer capacity, quick pre-heat and cook time, even cooking of the food, and flip-up design make it an excellent choice for a multi-function oven. Sadly, the overall quality has declined. The air fryer basket/tray is flimsier making it's durability questionable. It is slightly warped and the metal has a rougher finish, which makes it even MORE difficult to clean. The oven is level when flipped up but when it's down the front left corner is slightly higher, making it sit unevenly. It doesn't affect the functionality thus far but it could cause grease from fattier meats to pool in the back corner. I will research if I can make an adjustment to correct the issue. It's relatively minor, but bothersome and disappointing for a $250 small appliance. Note: This oven does a much better job of cooking a variety of foods than other air-fryers I've owned, but it is NOT as easy to maintain. Putting the trays in a dishwasher can warp them and will damage their finish. After cooking any food that may splatter or drip, you need to clean the trays and wipe down the inside (including the cooled heating elements) with a soft cloth dampened with a grease-cutting detergent like Dawn. Allowing baked on grease to accumulate will more quickly reduce the efficiency of this oven than others. If that doesn't fit your schedule or personality, you may want to consider a dishwasher-safe basket model.
