Is the lever made of plastic or metal? Thanks in advance!

ONLY the exterior housing is metal, the really critical functional (read: moving) parts that divert water internally are PLASTIC. Our unit failed after three years of moderate usage. Replaced with the MODONA solid brass unit.

does this diverter reduce any water flow to the main shower head?

All diverters designed for showers are not full-flow valves, that I have seen. However most shower accessories and the actual shower heads already reduce flow so often not an issue for modern plumbing. I had already removed all the reducers at the shower head, so this ended up lowering my pressure a decent amount. Replacing with a big ugly high pressure full-flow ball valve.

A photo posted by a reviewer shows a "Made in Taiwan" label on it. They almost always have inexpensive products made overseas.

Just to confirm, which one is outlet and inlets? Male inlet and two outlets (one male and one female)? Inlet to the right of the picture?

Inlet is top left, female (threads inside, mount to pipe coming out of wall) Bottom left and right are male (threads on outside, attach shower heads to these)
