I ordered this based on advice from a random blog article I found and on reviews to treat scaly leg mites on a few of my chickens. I will say, after using per the instructions over a few weeks, this product definitely works. Major improvement noticed - leg appearance, as well as two particular chickens with feathered feet walking normally again and not looking like every step is painful. Unfortunately, I did not take before photos because I was eager to use (and it's easier to handle the chickens at night after they've roosted). I want to continue using this on those particular extreme cases but I wanted to give a break in between "sessions". I'll try to remember to add some photos... However, shipping/packaging could have been better. My two bottles arrived and had leaked all over the packaging. The sprayer nozzles weren't working well - one, not at all because it was broken, and the other leaked into my hand every time I pulled the sprayer trigger when using. The seller was immediately responsive (considering the time difference (shipped from UK to US) and resolved my issue quickly with a replacement. I experienced even worse leakage on the second delivery and notified them about that, encouraging better packaging and/or securing the bottled contents better. Overall, product experience is 5 stars with noticeable improvements to the scaly leg mite situations I'm dealing with. Shipping/packaging experience and nozzle issues were really a bummer to deal with, but the seller was quick to respond and resolve. Definitely recommend trying if you're looking to rid a scaly leg mite infestation!

I have a small flock of 18 chickens and noticed that one of the new ones limping, her legs were so swollen and infected with scaly mites she could not walk well. I bought this after doing some research, it takes awhile to get delivered but it is nothing short of miraculous. I have, over the course of 9 days, soaked her feet 5 minutes each time in warm water and epson salts (fragranced or not) dried them then sprayed liberally with this stuff. Followed it all by a thick layer of bag balm, most use vaseline but I had bag balm on hand. Today her feet are clear, clean and normal looking. No scales, no excess skin, no nothing but healthy and pink. I am buying another bottle just to have it handy as I now see a few others have some minor issues and want to catch those pesky little critters early.

This stuff really works to get rid of scaly leg mites! It also seems to almost instantly sooth the legs. I adopted a rooster who came with a terrible case of mites, and this stuff helped clear them up within about six weeks. Great product.

My poor chickens ended up with scaly leg mites due to the harsh winter we had this winter. I was researching for a product that would help to get rid of them without having to treat my chickens orally. This product shipped from Europe so it took a few weeks to get it but it was worth the wait. I would spray their legs with it after they had gone to roost in the evenings, after about 2 times of using I noticed a big improvement. It cleared up the leg mites in about 2 weeks.

This did the trick. I have gotten leg mites three times now and all it takes is 2-3 applications of this stuff! I wait till they are roosting and spray every leg. I had one chicken come to me with a very bad case. She took about 2 weeks of every 2-3 days but it still even worked on her! Amazing stuff!!

Took a long time for shipping from England but I read that up front and knew. Well worth the wait. Best treatment for my beautiful hens & roo.

Some of my chickens are dealing with leg mites and my rooster was the worst!! I have treated their legs 4 times so far and the improvement is amazing!! Most of all the girls are at 90% improvement and my rooster is at 80%!! One bottle has treated 30 chickens 4 times.

I really needed this product but sadly there has to be something faulty in the bottle. Pick another brand because this is not worth the headache. The box was not damaged other than all the product had leaked into it. I didn't even take the plastic off the bottle because it's soaked. I don't think the bottle has anything in it and I have to pay a dollar to drop it off ups even though something is faulty, for me khols/staples are a pain to go to. Im getting ready to put on gloves and put it in a zip lock to protect the people at the store and send it back. Do not buy this.
