I have been buying this magnesium product almost two years. I don't buy things without researching so this is the best Magnesium supplement that works for me. I noticed changes about my mood and energy so much. I sleep better.

I have been taking these for about three months. I only take one at night and it helps to keep me regular. I purchased it to help with my headaches but haven’t seen a whole lot of difference with that yet.

One in the a.m. and one in the p.m. works as an effective, gentle laxative for me. Works like Colace... simply absorbs water into the stool, so not habit-forming. But better than Colace. Took about 10 days for the bowel to establish a regular, predictable pattern. (The more varied your diet, the more difficult it is to establish a predictable pattern. Better to eat a limited number of healthful foods than a wide variety of this-and-that.)

This combo helps me sleep and slows my sugar cravings down. Highly recommend.

For me there were no problems or reactions. You may be impatient. I was for sure, because I had tried so many other formulations. Pay close attention to what your body is telling you. My problem was leg cramps. I also had funny tingling in one of my feet. There might be other small indicators or symptoms that disappear first after a month so make a list. This will tell you something is happening. Go see a Naturopathic doctor with all your notes, pictures of bodily evidence, etc. It worked for me.

I take Magnesium to relieve pain and tightness in my legs... based on the description I switched from my regular brand... delt with leg pain and restless leg throughout the entire bottle... switched back to my previous brand and leg pain and tightness relieved within the next 24 hours. It's a nice product but for me it did not absorb as highly as described.
