Seny Parrot Escape Jumbo Corner Bird Cage Aviary (Ordinary)

We have a rescue Catalina macaw, he cannot fly. We bought this as a secondary cage for our media room for him to just hang out in/on for a few hours in the evening. He has a Mc Mansion already. Being a big bird with a very long tail I certainly wouldn't get this smaller one for a main abode, but it definitely is working for us, our bird is afraid of heights, yes a bird, scared to be up on anything tall without ample safety. We have not had great success with trees and gyms. But he loves his bungees. And his fit in there just fine. Anyways, this was very easy to put together, looks great and will do for our needs. Be prepared to bend back into place lots of metal, but its easy to do so not a big deal . Con, one bar wa actually broken and missing part of it My husband has to get a small block of wood, drill a hole through it and place it over the broken bar. The pic with the fingers, see that tiny piece, it's very sharp, so we had to file it down. I had to run my hands over the entire cage checking for anymore like that, it was sharp enough to cut birdie feet, toes. Overall it's a great cage for the price.

The cage itself is nice. A lot of the hardware and holes to mount the walls and drop trays are very inaccurate. Not to sure if I would recommend this bird cage. It did not even come with assembly instructions. The notion half of the cage with the pull out trays and grill came out crooked after the build. Also, my parrot (African Grey) knocks the water and food bowls out everyday. It’s annoying. This cage needs a redesign. I would like refund but not to sure if I can at this point.

I absolutely love this cage. I wish, I could have had one years ago. My cockatiels love it! I can put lots of toys, and perches in it. It is so big, and looks really nice in my house. I plan to buy another one soon. I think the price is very reasonable, for such a fabulous cage. A few of the parts are slightly damaged, but the company is especially easy, and fair to work with. I think, this cage would be wonderful for most birds, except really small ones. I highly recommend this cage, and this company!

I'm still questionable about this cage. It is definitely big enough for my Blue and Gold Macaw. Several of the pieces came bent/dented but nothing that made the cage unusable. The instructions are useless and we spent all day putting it together like a puzzle. One issue is that the threads in one of the bolt holes were messed up and the bolt wouldn't catch. My husband is handy and drilled a hole all the way through and used a new nut and bolt. The latches on the dish doors are held on by a screw, which naturally unscrews when you spin it to open it. They will need to be constantly tightened. On a good note, it's almost $300 cheaper than the brand name alternative. It fits well in my living room because of the corner design. Definitely takes 2 people to put together. Also, put the caster wheels on before you finish the project. You will not be able to lift this cage to install wheels when it's done. As for the sturdiness, I will have to update the review after a month or two as we dont have the bird yet. I'm unsure if it will hold up against weld-popping birds.

Update: after having this cage for several months I had to go down two stars, as two of the wheels broke off! They got rusty, even though they don't get wet, since they in a lanai area, under a ceiling! This is a huge cage! My Scarlet Macaw loves the size! However, putting it together was not an easy task. Instructions were not clear, there was only pictures to follow. One of the trays was off measurement, and the bars are not very sturdy for any bird who like to break them, as their beaks are very powerful. Thank God mine doesn't do that, he's content with just playing around with the many toys I keep and foraging to keep him busy. This is a second cage for him, to be outside and sun bathe during the day, so for that purpose is good! Communication with the seller was excellent! Reason I have it a ⭐⭐⭐⭐, because you can't leave that portion out. Overall, it's a good cage for a bird who's large, but yet relaxed.

Blood, sweat, tears... plan for them all. This cage is gigantic, so don't let the measurements fool you. It's an awesome, spacious cage for my B&G macaw, but putting it together was a very long, arduous task. Some of the hardware for the drawers and handles was missing, so I'll have to hit the hardware store to get relacements. The bar strength is also less than I would like. Heaver perches are going to need support so they don't bend or warp the bars. These detract from the overall rating, but are manageable.

Lots of damage and bent parts, box has not damage. The treys are both bent in multiple areas and had to be forced into the cage. A few of the holes for the bolts don’t match up. The bars in the wire are bent in some spots. All of the cage skirt pieces are bent. I would not of bought this if I knew it would be damaged before I got it.
