So I've heard great things about using these "wonderful little balls" and anyone who's a mama knows having kids WRECKS your lady bits. I mean come-on we sneeze cough laugh squat wrong or anything and oops gotta change our undies😂. So I went looking metal stone silicone blah blah but I settled on these because of their great ratings.Boy oh boy was I wrongHalf of the ratings must either be fake or you my lady loves must have some very elastic bits.I was looking forward to trying my new ladies exercise thing it got here great packaging colors were kinda cute. So I washed em up all sanitized and everything had the house to myself and said oh what the heck let's try itNONo no no noooooooooooNo amount of lube on this planet is going to get those MASSIVE balls up where they need to goAnd holy cow ouch even tryingSo ladiesIf you are tinyDon't do itDon't waste your moneyThey're not gunna fit and if you manage to get em up there I imagine it's gunna hurt like heck

These are huge and uncomfortable. They have ridges to hold them into the straps and the strap feels totally weird. If you need something to actually help with pelvic floor strengthening I would recommend Pure Romance. They have what you need.

I was unsure at first but I am loving the product so far! As a mom of three I gotta keep myself toned down there and these are doing the trick! And they're cute colors.Some of the reviews made the balls sound large but they turned out to be smaller than what I had in my mind which is great!

You can do them without a toy but using kegel balls gives more room for improvement. Kegel exercises are all about long term ! Want to get keep everything inside your vagina as strong as possible. They come with instructions & also can google how to use if you can’t get it right.
