Stickiness lasts a long time, great for metatarsal pain
Perfect for footbed of my sandals. I have a recent metatarsal injury on 1 foot so I’ve only been wearing it on my left side, but it really helps take the pressure off the front ball of my foot when walking. A couple times I just used it on my foot, but because it doesn’t breathe as it’s silicone I would just stick it to my foot for a couple hours. Take it off, wash it and it was really sticky again after it dried. I’ve had one metatarsal pad that has had a lot of use so far.

These pads are comfortable and supportive. Easy to attach to any insole, you can stick, peel, and restick to adjust position

These cushions are great because I can transfer them to other shoes. Good for collapsed transverse arch issues. Silicon is washable also.

Buena compra.
El material se siente excelente, es suave, flexible, sin aromas y tienen buen grosor. En el paquete llegaron cuatro pares, vienen señalados (right/left) para saber en qué pie se coloca cada una. Aún no las uso lo suficiente por la que no puedo hablar de la durabilidad del pegamento, pero son cómodas y las primeras impresiones son muy buenas.
