Does the inside of this bag have variable compartment sizes? I cant find a picture of the inside of it for the life of me.

It is one large compartment in the main part of the bag and has some different sized zippered compartments on the outside.

Mueller Sling Bag, Empty? what does it mean by empty? and the bag in the picture is what im getting

Empty meaning not stocked with supplies. When you purchase through some sports medicine supply companies, the bags are often shown with some supplies in them. You can opt to have bags, kits, and trunks loaded with some starter supplies for an increase in price. "Empty" in this case, means that you are just getting the bag shown in the picture.

What comes with the subscription. Do you have a list?

It comes empty is that is what you are asking.

What is the best way to clean this bag?

The most effective way would be to thoroughly wipe it down (inside and out) with disinfecting wipes.
