I ordered the grilled salmon and this came with it on the side. I loved it so much that I asked the chef to show me the product.He brought out the bottle from the kitchen. Not an easy sauce to find so I reorder constantly from desertcart. It's not overly hot, more citrus and tangy. I put it on everything, eggs, chicken, meat!!!

Excellent with Salmon!!

weird chemical flavor.
Hard to explain, and I love the Yuzu hot sauce from Japan, sometime w/ Trader Joes brand. This has a weird chemicaly taste. I went w/ my instincts and threw it away.

Taste great and escalate your food.
I love sushi and many times when I go to a nice Japanese restaurant they use type of yusu sauce in their menu. Tastes great and when i went to Japanese expo I saw that they use this sauce for their fish. Now when I order out and I always add this sauce. So good!

Citrusy unique goodness
Love this stuff on rice, eggs, meats…absolutely everything. This has superseded all the old favorite condiments. I just want that citrusy kick that this delivers. I don’t find this has very much heat, which isn’t an issue being that it’s got its own little punch anyway.

Amazing flavor
This is by far my favorite Yuzu hot sauce to date. It’s expensive but the flavor is phenomenal and I use it on everything!
