Excellent bed and excellent seller. I contacted them because I received the mattress, but I hadn't received my adjustable base yet, and they wrote immediately and gave me a tracking number. The adjustable base is heavy, but it's also heavy duty and sturdy. Easy to put together! Screwed in the legs, attached power supply, attached mattress retainer, and turned it over. Threw the mattress on and it was already paired to the remote control. Sleeping like a baby! Great bed!

I bought this bed as a caregiver bed when I brought my wife home from a skilled nursing facility to live in our family home. It was a colonial with all the bedrooms upstairs and my wife was hemiplegic from a stroke. I turned our living room into a downstairs bedroom and this bed was integral to my ability to take care of her 24/7. It was placed 8 feet away from her hospital bed. I cannot stress enough how much the features of this bed helped me every single day. I have sciatica, and the massage features helped me out often when standing over her hospital bed to take care of her strained my back. The built-in light on this remote made it easy for me to brush her teeth and clear her throat of secretions every morning. The instant flatten button made it easy for me to use the bed as a staging surface for the chucks and briefs that I needed to use several times a day. The bed was comfortable, and I could always find a perfect setting to fall asleep quickly after getting up every hour throughout the night. I would recommend this bed to anyone. If you are a caregiver, I recommend it even more.

We bought this bed over three years ago.We're still happy with it.We have had ZERO problems with it.When I assembled it, there was a "problem" with a motor, and the company sent a new one to us immediately.Well...It turns out that I didn't have the connection plugged in all the way. Duh. My fault.What impresses me is that the mattresses have not broken down AT ALL.There are no indentations.The mattresses look and feel LIKE NEW!All of the mechanical functions work as new as well. The Zero G setting is great for reading. The anti-snore setting works really well too.I have to tell you that I was apprehensive about purchasing a bed on-line, especially a mattress.Maybe I got lucky on the firmness that I selected.All I can say is that from day one this bed has been super comfortable.We have purchased several different kinds and brands of beds in the past.We had a Select Comfort bed before this one. The select comfort mattress padding broke down significantly in about 18 to 24 months. That bed became unbearable. So we bought this one.We like it so much that we bought our daughter and her husband one too.Everyone is very happy with their beds.We are 110% satisfied!We will ONLY buy this brand of bed, from this seller, from now on.

We bought this bed to help alleviate my husband's health issues, but it also happens to be the most comfortable bed we've ever slept on! We initially put off the purchase over concerns about the size & weight of it (handling it & getting it into the house) and whether or not we could afford it. We found out that the pallet consists of 4 separate boxes, which made it manageable to handle for 2 people, and Amazon offered an interest free payment plan which made it doable.We now wish we hadn't put it off!There's a variety of positions to choose from & the ability to fine tune them, using the remote (which lights up as you push the buttons) --also wonderful for reading & TV viewing. There are vibration settings, a flashlight button & an under-bed nightlight for finding your way around the room without waking your partner.The remote is essential, so we ordered 2 sets. I bought bags (made for a walker) to keep them handy, along with the TV remote, bottle of water, etc., & attached each to a 10" safety grab bar, which slides under the mattress (to the side or above the head) without interfering with the mechanics of the bed.The safety bar is easy to assemble, DHA! (Dubious Husband Approved). We attached the leg extensions that came with the bed, and I like the room under the bed they create. However, I recommend trying it out with the mattress before you add the extensions. I'm 5'9 and have to flatten the mattress setting to get in and out of bed comfortably. My 6' husband likes the height.This bed is a major purchase for us, but one we are very happy with -- overall a very good experience!
