Is the height adjustable?

No - - Head can be tilted up or down and then locked in place by tightening knob

Mine doesn't turn on. i've hold the power button several times and it won't start. i checked every connection and all was in place. wha should i do?

Hold power button and oscillation button in the same time for 5 sec. It will link the remote with the fan.
