I use this as mouth tape at night. It works fantastic. Not for sensitive/tender skin. This takes some effort to peel off in the morning. If you have tender skin, I think you wouldn’t like it. I can feel a little tenderness for about an hour after peeling it off. I’m ok with that. All other types I tried would be loose by morning. Not this stuff. Another thing I like about it is that it is slightly breathable. You can push air through it. It doesn’t push through easily, but it is slightly air permeable. Makes it feel like I’m not suffocating…or something. I like it. I don’t grow facial hair, so I don’t know how it works on that. I have grown stubble for a few days and it works fine on that. It even sticks to your lips if they are dry when applied. I love this product for my purposes.

My CPAP use was only about 50% successful until I sacrificed my facial hair and started using this mouth tape. This brought my AHI score from 15 to less than one with no leak, dry mouth or empty tank. The grid marks make it easy to trim because the full width is too much for my face. The stickiness is adequate unless you cough a lot in which case you need to work on the cough. removal is Interesting but not painful. I wish I had learned about this product when I was first diagnosed seven months ago!

This tape is excellent. It really does help. If you have pain you can just tape across it. Make sure you pull it tight. It helps with the pain just don’t wrap it around your leg real tight cause you can cause construction know what you’re doing with tape, it was delivered quickly and it’s good quality. I’ll be back.

I bought this to tape my mouth shut during CPAP therapy. I use coconut oil on my face at night as a moisturizer and the adhesive holds well, but it was hard for me to get it off. It may be because I am older and have sensitive skin. I will have to find another use for it.

Odd as it may sound, I use this product to tape my mouth shut at night when using my CPAP with nasal pillows. This prevents my mouth from popping open from the CPAP pressure which use to cause me to wake up with dry mouth. I tried other methods but this has been the best I found. I dog ear one corner to make morning removal easy and have not had any issues with the tape coming off at night. Also have not noticed any skin irritation from the tape. Your mileage may vary.

This is a very good substitute for Cover-Roll Stretch. The price of the latter has become astronomically high. I use this for taping my mouth for CPAP use. Highly recommended!!!

Wasted my money. NO RETURNS! Adhesive isn't very strong. Maybe for sensitive skin but not for me.

Improved from previous bought tape. Doesn’t stick to itself as bad like the other one I previously bought. The peel off backing is much easier to remove.
