Q: Will it keep away stray cats

That is my goal.. My cat is a very timid indoor cat. when my alpha cat died that kept other cats out of our yard, my indoor one started urinating in my bed and even on my feet in bed… I couldn’t figure out why he was doing this..So, I decided to sprinkle the wolf urine on the borderline of my property. It definitely helps. You do have to reapply after rain however. Occasionally, a friendly cat does come up on my deck, but it’s rare.

Q: Is this made of artificial ingredients; if not, how is it obtained?

As far as I know it is obtained from wolves, but if your going to use it as a deterrent for coyotes and the like, it attracts them its not a deterrent. I had coyotes all over my yard for 40 minutes at a time, it aggravated them. I got rid of the wolf urine not the coyotes.

Q: How much ground would this gallon cover?

It is intended to cover roughly 800 sq. ft.
