Can't stand gels. That cloying sticky sweetness. Yuck! These are the answer. They are a lovely taste (I'm a massive fan of the raspberry but like the orange too - haven't tried the caffeine/cola ones though). They are easy to pop in your mouth on the go and it's like having an illicit sweet. They chew very easily and unlike the Cliff Blocks don't stick to your teeth so there's no downside to eating them. I use them on bike rides. I use electrolytes with energy so I only eat one of these every 15 minutes which is less than they recommend. But it's more than enough for me. My wife has now started stealing them for her long distance running. She also hated gels and other bars and likes the ease of carrying a few of these as she runs. So all in all I think these are a miracle product and I will keep buying them. They are simply great.

Je consomme ce produit depuis plusieurs années maintenant, j'avais laissé de côté durant plusieurs mois et ayant repris les trainings à grosses intensités et course à pied, je me suis dis pourquoi pas : donne la dose nécessaire de glucides pour effectuer des efforts dans la filière arobie et anaérobie lactique donc parfait.

Not great texture at first, it gets better. Good for quick energy.
