I’m a fan, works for me. You’ll notice the difference on drags & climbs and for eg your 3rd ride of the week. Far less fatigue in legs, increased power, quicker to warm up on rides also. Quite impressive.

Does exactly what it says it does

I have to admit I was sceptical and thought this was a gimmick, but I decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did. I've been using it for a week or so to make sure it wasn't a placebo effect and I feel sufficiently convinced it's not. I've been managing on average 15%-20% more reps and have noticed significantly less lactic acid buildup. The only downside is that it doesn't sink into the skin completely and leaves a bit of a sticky residue, but that can be washed away quite easily.

The lotion is normally used to preload the muscles with bicarbonate prior to vigorous activity. (It neutralizes the muscular acidic waste products of exercise.) I've simply used it as a means of 'ingesting' sodium bicarbonate which bypasses my stomach (and neutralizing stomach acid). Only a small amount is needed - I've been using the same bottle daily for over 6 months, and it's still about half full. (The lotion comes out of the bottle like thick toothpaste, so it's easy to measure the amount by sight and then rub it into my legs.

Legs were solid in the race and had legs at the business end of the race even though it was a hot day out as well. So far so good, time is the best measure here.

I don’t think I had any benefit from using it. Feels granular on the skin, like a scrub. And leaves a white hue that’s particularly visible on black skin if you care about looks when working out as I do.

It arrived open and it seems like it has been used before.

Used this for the first time today and wow it really does work . I was able to go longer on my bike at greater speeds with no tired feeling in my legs . 5 star product but given 3 stars as i noticed it had been used already and wasn’t a full bottle . But as a product I would highly recommend

This lotion works incredibly well to ward off sore muscles. It's important to remember you need to need to put in on 30 minutes on before you exercise. I use it before I bike. It has a slight chalky feeling once it's on, but I think that's because it's made from sodium bicarbonate.

This stuff actually works. I saw it tested by a YouTuber I trust and they claimed it worked, so I tried it myself. I did a biceps, triceps and shoulders during a workout yesterday. I didn’t use the lotion on my shoulders so I would have a comparison in feeling. My biceps didn’t burn AT ALL until my final set on the last exercise, yet my shoulders started to burn after exercise 2. I push the last 2 sets to failure and do half reps until I can’t on each exercise and normally feel quite a lot of burn until after my workout is over. With this lotion, I only felt a little burn towards the end of my workout and it was gone before I left the gym.

Ich habe probier viel mal, ??? , Konte sein das die erste mal, ich war so motivier zu benutzen, das mit mein maximal gewicht und wiederholungen, konte 3 oder 4 extra wiederholungen machen. nach ca. eine monate benutz, ich habe nicht die gleich effekt. Ich habe wieder tranier viel mal, ohne benutz die produkt und ich schaffe dieser wiedaholung auch ohne. Das gefühle in mein korpe ist so wie wenn du benutz WICK Vaporub . oder Menthol. Ist ein frisch gefühle sooooo ich bin nicht so sicher ob ist efektiv. ich würde nicht kaufen nochmal. aber ist auch nicht negativ. Einfach probier vilecht funktionier für euch.

Very good product. Did a lacate threshold test to see actual impact. Theoretically added 20w to my LT2 when doing the same test 2 days apart. Can really feel the difference on short intense efforts.
