How much do I need for an Afghan

There is 590 yards of yarn. A baby blanket takes at least 1500-1625 yards. An Afghan takes 3750-4125. So it depends on what size blanket you are making.

Is the center red? I’m looking for pride colors.

Strong, Beautiful Yarn

I bought this yarn for a baby blanket. It's soft and easy to crochet with. In three skeins, I only found two places where it had been knotted. The colors are soft and blend beautifully together. I always like crochet with Lion Brand. It's quality yarn; the price is reasonable; the results are always beautiful. Though the yarn doesn't feel strong, it is and so easy to work with. I will use this yarn over and over again. I've never been disappointed.
