What is the dilution ratio with this cleaner and water for putting into a spray bottle?

IMO I'd do at least 1 part to 4 parts water. It was waaayy too concentrated when applied during spot cleaning without diluting first. Bleached the color out and I could never get the soapyness out.

Does anyone know the difference between zep carpet cleaner and zep extractor carpet shampoo?

The Red bottle is a Pre-Treat to use on stains and high traffic areas. The blue bottle is a decent carpet extractor shampoo for general carpet cleaning.

Will this remove dog poop

Yes it will. You will have to go over the spot several times. This solution however, foams up a lot as it is sucked into the dirty tank. Other than that, it is good stuff.

How many rooms can you do with one bottle?

All of them many times.....it is very concentrated and you only use a small quantity per gallon. I dont recall the ratio, but I have a small stand up cleaner for the pet stains, and I only use a little more than a capful per use....Hope that helps
