It was well packaged, no chance of it breaking in shipment. I tried it out on a Japanese plane blade and it's awesome!

BON PRODUIT (lire le commentaire)
Fait son travail, déjà sur la face 1000. N'étant pas un enragé de l'affûtage "rasoir" (avec finition au cuir), je n'utilise pas la face 6000, la 1000 donnant déjà un très bon résultat pour un usage culinaire courant. ATTENTION, n'espérez pas un affûtage satisfaisant avec des couteaux inox courants (l'acier n'est pas fait pour ça), donc n'achetez pas cette pierre. Sur un couteau artisanal contemporain (en acier Damas, atelier auvergnat) et un "vieux" (>70ans) couteau de boucher à l'ancienne à lame en acier au carbone, le résultat est spectaculaire.

Hochwertiger Schleifstein mit praktischer Box
Der Suehiro Cerax CR-4800 ist ein sehr schöner Schleifstein. Geliefert wird er mit einer stabilen Kunststoffbox sowie einem kleinen Abzieh- bzw. Reinigungsstein. Die Box besteht größtenteils aus dunkel getöntem, transparentem Material, das leider etwas anfällig für Wasserflecken ist – funktional ist sie aber praktisch und stabil. Der Schleifstein selbst arbeitet zuverlässig, die Handhabung ist problemlos. Auch für Anfänger gut nutzbar, allerdings empfehle ich zusätzlich eine Schleiflehre. Damit wird der Winkel konstant gehalten und die Ergebnisse werden noch präziser. Insgesamt ein qualitativ hochwertiger Schleifstein, den ich absolut weiterempfehlen kann.
