Sharp you said?
This is the sharpest knives I've ever bought. It cuts so well and precise it feels like i used serrated scalpels. Only thing i am a bit uncertain is how lightweight they are. I just hope their sturdiness is as impressive as their sharpness.

Made in China
Ginsu is a Japanese knife company, but these knives are made in China with Chinese stainless steel. Not impressed. Amazon should add a feature to all products in the description stating where they are manufactured.
