First hair dye with no reaction. I also have psoriasis, so I have to be extra careful. I had my hair stylist apply the color and asked her to make sure to wash the color out well as I have lots of coarse, thick hair. It colored my grey hair (lots of it), but need to keep it on for 35 minutes, not 20. My hair was soft and shiny after the coloring. There was also plenty of product in the box. My only complaint is that they don't offer a level 3. I didn't want my hair color black and the dark brown is a tad lighter that my natural hair.

This product has p-phenylenediamine in it and I asked for a product without p-phenylenediamine I broke out and my scalp was full of sores and I itched for weeks.
