Easy, QUIET, Good Product.
Just hopped off from my first ride. As a former Spin Instructor I can say that this bike is pretty darn good and especially for the sale price. It is not built like a tank but it is sturdy enough. The seat is very firm and will require some getting used to but I haven’t ridden for several months. I do not like the pedal cages but I will easily remove them. It was easy, easy to assemble. It rolls around on wheels and is a bit of a chore to tilt it up to do that but is not a major concern. I recommend this bike and see no reason I should have spent a penny more. I will update as the months roll along.

But how do you get support?
Bought the Lanos Exercise Bike, Stationary Bike for Indoor Cycling in October 2021 and have been using almost daily since then. To be honest, I think it's a really good bike and a good deal, contrary to the problems other reviewers have noted. However, after 3 years the drive belt wore out/broke. Took me quite a while to find something to replace it (an auto transmission belt), though the actual length of the belt is longer than standard sizes. I got one, though, and after some repairing got the belt installed and put back together. Bike, again, works fine but now the sensor/monitor has quit working. Batteries are fine, the plug in at the back is solid. I traced the sensor line through the frame to the small white "sensor"(?) located on the left side by the left crank. What that connect to or how it operates is a mystery . . . Does it sense the turning of the rear drive wheel of the crank shaft, or ? There are no instructions on how this works, or how to troubleshoot, either online or on Amazon. I could find no other way to try to communicate with Lanos other than through a review as it seems they did respond to someone on a problem they were having, though not publicly. So, Lanos, let me know how I can remedy the sensor issue as I really like the bike, intend to keep on using it, but would like the handiness of the sensor for mileage, if nothing else. Thanks.

Great Value and Solid Bike!!!
I ordered this bike because I used to ride once in awhile at the gym. Now I’m working out at home due to the pandemic. I run a lot, but have a bad knee, so I needed another source of cardio with less knee impact. The bike arrived quickly and well packaged! Off to a great start! Everything required for bike assembly and setup was included. No extra tools required. Bike comes with a manual and everything was pretty simple to assemble. There aren’t that many parts actually and it only took me about 30 minutes! There’s a nice multifunctional tool they include which works well to tighten the different types of bolts and screws that are included. With my only previous experience being gym riding, I was a bit hesitant to purchase a bike at this price point. I’m 6’2 175 lbs and the bike feels very solid when I ride. The construction is impressive! I feel very secure and nothing wobbles at all. It has a real nice quiet ride as well! In all honesty half the time I never felt like I could get in a comfortable position on the gym bike I rode but with this one I was able to find the a sweet spot with all the adjustments that are available. You can easily adjust the handlebars up and down and the seat. Seat tilts as well if you need it to and is quite comfortable to sit on! My feet felt good strapped into the pedals. The monitor is nothing special but it’s completely functional and has what I need. It tracks time, speed, distance, etc. I don’t think I’ll use the heart rate portion. I do love that it comes with the tablet holder I’m able to attach my new ipad and watch my favorite shows while I ride! Overall I’m really impressed with this bike! It’s a great value for the price point! I’m only a couple rides in but extremely happy with my purchase. I highly suggest this bike if looking for something in this price range. You really can’t go wrong.

Overall great value for a bike that seems like it'll last
Easy installation, took maybe 30-45 min. I've put 50 miles on it my 1st week of owning it. So far, so good. Seems very sturdy and likely to last a long time. Love the phone/tablet stand & the water bottle holder is nice. The seat isn't exactly the most comfortable after a while but is ok + idk what I'd be comparing it to anyways. This bike is pretty small and won't take up much space. It also has wheels on the front for easy transportation. There's no heart rate detector but a slot/plugin on the back of the tracker machine for "pulse". Batteries not included. The one thing I'm not sure on is how accurate the calorie counter is. I'm not sure if it takes into account the added resistance you use or if it's calculating solely on the speed you're going. Sometimes I'll paddle for an hour averaging 8mph switching between moderate to light resistance and it'll say my calories burned is in the 150-200s. Which sounds more like half or even a third of what it should be. To counteract this, I'll sometimes do my own calculations for estimated calories burned. It's not 100% accurate either but you can use Google to search indoors bike calories burned calculator. Find the ones where you can input the most info available. The rest of the tracking #s are great as a reference. Overall, I got it on sale at $200 w/ insane Amazon prime shipping so I'm pretty satisfied with it. Can't have everything perfect while working with a budget. :)

High quality exercise bike, perfect for my home gym
This is a great stationary exercise bike at an incredible value. At $300 I am very satisfied with my investment compared to the price of a Peleton. My friends have Peletons and were impressed when they took the Lanos bike for a spin. This bike is made of high quality components and is quite sturdy. The wheel flywheel runs smoothly, quietly and the resistance is great. I've been exercising daily for 30 minutes and log about 5 miles each day. I stream free workouts from Youtube and I feel great after each ride! The bike shipped fast, came well packaged and was easy to assemble (I was riding in 20 minutes). I recommend the Lanos indoor cycling bike, which is very suitable for beginners or advanced riders.

Good value for the price, has one major fault
I received this bike and was pleasantly surprised. Overall, the actual frame seems very sturdy, and it's clear they didn't cheap out despite the good price of the bike, at least on the main frame portion. It was extremely easy to assemble, I did by myself in about 45 minutes. It comes with everything you need to assemble and it's all clearly labeled. I also really appreciate how easy it was to move with the wheels on the front, it makes for easy storage. The tension adjustment is nice and has a wide degree of variability. The seat is very comfortable. It's covered in what is (probably) a fake leather, but they are soft and well-padded. The bad: THE PEDALS. This is one of the clear spots they went cheap on. The actual medal pedal is tiny. And to make matters worse, it has this thin black plastic piece that wraps around and above the front of your foot/over your toes. Even as a person with small feet, I just don't see how any human being could possibly fit their foot in. Also if you push your foot down in the front (weight on your toes) it bends and feels like it's about to break. I am hoping to find replacements soon. The last bad (more like an annoyance) is the handlebars. Just a metal rod with black plastic stuck over them. Hurts to lean on them for any long period of time. Should be an easy fix if you find some foam or soft rubber to wrap around them. And finally, the sturdiness of the seat. Although it's comfortable, it seems to come loose very easily. You basically have to retighten everything couple of rides.

Great Indoor Cycling Bike
We purchased this spin bike since the gyms have been closed. The bike is made of a heavy-duty steel frame and quality components. The belt drive system provides a smooth and quiet exercise. The resistance is adjustable and can achieve high resistance levels that simulate real on the road cycling. The handlebars and seat easily are easily adjustable so that multiple family members can exercise on it. It has a simple monitor that displays the basics and a tablet holder for your phone or iPad. We set up our table and use the Peleton App and the Apple Fitness App. Solid bike at a value price and would highly recommend it.

Be careful if you have long legs
This bike is fine in every regard except the maximum seat height. It maxes out at 34". I really need a couple of more inches. Now that I own it I notice that just about every other brand has several more inches of max height. So for a lot of people that won't matter. I just wish I had thought about that. As far as quality it's fine.

Buena Bicicleta.
La calidad del producto y el empaque son muy buenos sin embargo el tiempo de envio fue demasiado alto, si no tienen prisa es una buena opción, lleva solo unos días de uso pero estoy conforme con la compra. 4 estrellas solo por la demora en el envio
