A great food coloring
LorAnn food coloring is great for changing the color in essential oil without changing the scent. It only takes a drop (or less). If you do use it in reed diffusers make sure you use black reeds for it will change the color of the reeds (then again you might want that). Also play around with different colors and have fun. Be it for baking or diffusers, I highly recommend LorAnn's.

Coffee Filter Flowers
I make flowers out of coffee filters and use this food coloring to dye the filters. The end result is really pretty!

Worked well for its purpose. It didn't work for MY use but I was using it for a use it was not described for so I can't really knock off any stars for that. In case you are wanting it for the same purpose though, I do want to note it did not work to color hair (which some food colors do so it is not as crazy of an idea as you might think). I wanted to use it to temporarily color my hair which I have done with other food colorings. I used all the same methods I have gotten to work before with other colors but it never stuck, not even the tiniest bit. Even putting it directly on my hair for 12 hours it just washed out like nothing. I did also use for some icing though and it worked fine for that which is the intended use so still 5 stars for that.

Color Looked Great At First But Turned To Blue
Call me silly, but I had decided long ago I did not like drinking uncolored water and took to using liquid food coloring kits so I could drink purple, green, orange or even turquoise water. I decided mixing red and blue was tedious so I searched Amazon for purple food coloring and found this product. It did work great when I first colored the water in my glass that gave it a definite purple color. Unfortunately, as I sipped it, the water turned blue which is not what I would have expected. Since I only needed to put five drops into the glass, it will take a long time to use up but when I do I will go back to the red and blue bottles in food coloring kits. At least when I use those, the water stays purple to the last drop.

The color was perfect and I only needed a little amount. I had to make a 5 gallon purple punch & they loved it...
