Is there any labels on the actual wineskin?

No. I don't recommend labeling it yourself with a marker. I ruined one with a sharpie, but a lable maker works

Don’t waste your money the string is very uncomfortable I had to put a leather strap on there but it was a waste of my time because as soon as I started actually using it it just completely started leaking everywhere fell apart within a couple uses
