Adventurous book to read with my ten year old
My son and I are really liking this series. I personally like the story, teamwork, problem solving, and the fun facts at the end of the chapters.

Love these books.
I have a 10 year old in the 5th grade and he has read the first two books. He's an avid non-fiction reader but he seems to really have enjoyed these two books. He even asked for the second book for Christmas. He's read them and we've read them together, (yes, I enjoyed them too). Relatable characters, excitement, great flow of story line. I recommend these books.

Fun in the Reef
This was a fun adventure, but it seemed to stall a little bit a few times. In this episode of Race the Wild, Sage is struggling with some issues that I'm not sure if most children would understand. However, for those dealing with a ill or injured family member, this would be a great book to explore some of those emotions. Sage is distracted and a few times misses important things that could cost her team the lead. Having been the strong leader in the past, she is scared to open up and show weakness. In the same fashion as the previous Race the Wild, we do get to see and explore a fun new ecosystem. I'm really loving the animal facts and even I learned a few interesting things myself. Kids will love these facts which are presented as fast little "commercials" from the regular story.A fun ecosystem to explore and some great moments of discovery make this a really great story. I just worry that Sage's issues may not ring with everyone in the target audience.

A great book series
My 8 year old son loves reading this series. He really enjoys realistic fiction and I like that he is learning while he is reading. He is almost done with the last book in the series and is searching for something to read while waiting for Next Ranger in Time to get released and another book from this series to be published. I would definitely recommend this series as a mother and a teacher.

Fun Ocean Adventure for kids
I am a scuba instructor and am always looking for ocean adventure stories for my 8 and 10 year old sons - I thought this was a really fun read and I love all the ocean creature facts they mix in along the way. I plan on getting them the entire series.

My 9 year old has always struggled with reading and has a hard time picking books that he can comfortably read. I am always buying him books to try and this one was a winner. I will be buying him more of this series because he's a nature lover loves learning about nature and animals.
