A+ Aquarium Salt Treatment for Freshwater Fish (2 lbs)

I keep aquarium salt (1/2 tsp/gal) in my freshwater guppy tanks and Fritz is the best of the brands around. The grains of salt are tiny and dissolve quickly unlike another popular brand that has much larger pieces of salt that have to be crushed and soaked for hours to completely dissolve. I recommend it and many other Fritz products, they simply perform the best.

I like everything about Fritz’s products. They perform as well as premium brands, but at a better price IMO. Just as humans get electrolytes in IVs, so fish get them with aquarium salt. Newbees to fishkeeping, this is not for “saltwater” aquariums, but for freshwater.

I use this for hatching brine shrimp and have had great results
