Update: Good customer support, confirmed the item was defective and proceeded with a full refund. Power passthrough does not work, tried many different adapters from 65W to 140W and also bought a 120W rated USB cable which works on everything else except this hub.

now that a usbc hdmi hub.. slim.. compact.. quality made.. with ethernet and card reader.. works well with my GO and all the available usbc ports to support my usbc to usbc ssd external drives.. i really don't want to open up my GO to upgrade my memory storage hence the additional usbCs are a great way to extend my storage without upgrading my internal one.. 100w pd and high speed usbc ports.. what more can i ask for.. i can even daisy chain my other hmdi hub to its usbc ports if i want additional usbA peripherals.. would have been better if it had a 3.5 port for my wired headset.. works and works well.. would recommend it :)

Excellent dock. Just know that when you connect multiple HDMI or one HDMI and one display port, the refresh rate is set at 30hz for 4K. Otherwise, it works very well, just gets slightly warm, but never too hot.,

All USB port is working fine but 1 HDMI is not working . Can you replace or repair the product?

Honestly when I saw it was made in China, was doubtful of its quality. BUT after buying and using it for over more than 7.5 months still working amazingly. Cord is still working, all slots including both HDMI slots which I am heavily using everyday still working perfectly. I have also unplugged and re-plugged in the slots many times and still all slots working well. Charging is pretty ok but wouldn't matter too much since you should be using your devices native charger anyways for proper charging. USB-C connection still working strong after 7.5 months and ongoing. Now that its back on sale for boxing day, excellent quality product for $40, that I bought another just in case for backup if the other stops working sometime in the future. Overall positive rating from me: 9.5/10 for cost/value

J’ai reçu aujourd’hui la station d’accueil 13 en 1. Je l’ai connectée à un MacBook Pro M4 pro. Elle a été immédiatement reconnue. J’ai connecté aux ports usb-a, d’abord, une imprimante canon LBP6750dn immédiatement reconnue et installée en 1 clic, ensuite un micro Behringer C-1U immédiatement reconnu et qui n’a nécessité aucune installation : le Mac l’a instantanément « pris » comme source d’entrée de son et j’ai pu de suite l’utiliser pour dicter en traitement de texte d’une simple pression sur la touche F5. Enfin j’ai connecté en display port un écran BenQ PD2700Q qui est un écran 2K 60Hz en display port 1.2. Il a immédiatement affiché le fond d’écran du Mac en configuration extension d’écran. Je n’ai pas encore essayé si je peux utiliser l’écran externe avec le MacBook fermé. Également j’ai branché un câble ethernet de ma box vers la station d’accueil et sans surprise j’ai internet sans wifi. J’ai également fait fonctionner des disques durs sur les ports usb-a 3.0 en même temps que tout le reste. J’ai acheté cette station d’accueil en connaissance de cause de ce qu’elle n’est pas adaptée pour le multi écran sous Mac car elle ne peut que reproduire plusieurs fois le même affichage sur chaque écran. Je n’ai pas l’utilité du multi écran donc ce n’était pas un critère pour moi. En revanche elle me permet de faire fonctionner du matériel assez ancien avec un Mac dernier modèle. Comme je n’ai pas encore reçu le câble que j’ai commandé à cet effet je n’ai pas encore testé la charge du Mac via la station d’accueil (je n’ai que le MagSafe d’origine et pas encore de câble de charge avec connecteur usb-c pour relier à la station d’accueil. Je n’ai pas de doute que cela devrait fonctionner avec la puissance annoncée, suffisante, quoique inférieure aux 96w du chargeur Apple, de 85w. Ainsi je n’aurai qu’un port usb-c à débrancher et rebrancher pour utiliser tous mes périphériques, charge et écran externe inclus, sur mon ordinateur. C’est pour cela que j’ai acheté ce produit et, de ce point de vue, il donne satisfaction. L’ayant reçu aujourd’hui je n’ai pas le recul nécessaire pour évaluer sa fiabilité dans le temps. C’est de l’aluminium. Plutôt joli. Les finitions n’appellent pas de commentaire particulier. Le câble usb-c qui est solidaire de l’appareil est tout de même plutôt rigide et n’est pas un câble tressé. Je ne souhaite ainsi pas trop le « martyriser » pour l’assouplir. Il est plutôt court. Environ 20cm. Dans l’ensemble le rapport qualité prix du produit me parait indiscutable.
