Why do the apples' center immediately turn brown when cored with this instrument?

I do believe it's not the instrument but when an apple is cut and oxygen enters some type of enzyme in the air causes the apple to turn brown.

What country is it made in?

I don’t really care. I needed it, I like it, it works great for me I eat an apple almost every other day so I’m happy that’s what’s important plus everything comes from Someplace. Choices are few.

What country is this product made in?

I don’t know what country it was made in but it is the best apple corer I have ever used!! I would buy another one if this one ever breaks!!

Does it come with a packaging box when you order or just in the plastic? Please send me pictures what the packaging look like. Thanks

I didn't take pictures before I opened it and threw the packaging away. It's just a plastic package. It would not be difficult to put in a Box
