I received the package broken, damaged !!!

I baught 3, only one works well
I baught three flaks, all work well but two of them seems to be broken as the lid would not close after use making storage and cleaning very hard.

J’en ai acheté 3 en prévision du goûter d’anniversaire de mon fils. Un pour le café, un pour le thé et un pour le chocolat chaud. Je trouve ça plus pratique qu’on ait les boissons chaudes à volonté et les invités peuvent se servir seul !!! En ce qui concerne l’esthétisme, je le trouve parfait, très moderne et minimaliste comme j’aime. Dommage qu’il n’existe pas en noir ... Mais le plus important c’est de savoir si il conserve bien la chaleur (pour ma part, vu qu’on est en hiver) !!! Et bien j’ai fait le test... je l’ai rempli d’eau bouillante et elle est restée très chaude et fumante même plus de 6h après !! Conclusion : je valide complètement !! C’est un très bon rapport qualité prix et le côté esthétique fait toute la différence... Mise à jour du 8/12 !! J’ai mis de l’eau bouillante à 8h du matin et à 20h l’eau était encore très chaude donc je valide les 12h de maintien au chaud décrit dans l’annonce!!!!

Die Kanne ist an sich echt top, sie ist leider am Deckel relativ schnell gebrochen. Bin dann mit Emsa in Kontakt getreten und wir bekommen nun eine neue geliefert. Top Service vielen lieben Dank
