This might help you die in the woods
These Mylar reflective bags are absolute last gasp ditch efforts. They only reflect heat, they don’t stop the heat transmitting away from you into the ground. They also don’t breath, so the chances of you becoming wet with condensation are incredibly high. If you are wet, you transmit heat away from your body faster. These things really need to be short term emergency items, and I’d hopefully not fall asleep in one. Be very, very careful using these.
