Item not working in UAE electric outlet

I have been using it consistently for the past month, my dad (over 50 years old) says he sees a difference in his joint pain. But I am 27 and I have not noticed any differences yet physically or mentally.

Useless. We cannot use it in the UAE as it requires a different power outlet.

Recently I noticed some wonderful changes in my body when I spent a little time outdoors in sock feet - more well-being, aches and pains gone, greater energy, more aliveness. Based on the I decided to purchase two of these grounding mats. I don't experience the same benefits from the mats as I do from the living earth, but I didn't expect that. I hope/expect over time there will be tangible benefits. They appear to be very well-made, thick and sturdy. I have a little tester (purchased separately) and they test well, providing a good ground. I put one under my desk and another on the floor where I watch TV, in both cases resting my feet on them. I've used the tester to verify the mats are grounded and also that I'm grounded when my feet are on the mats. Even better, I'm still grounded even when I'm wearing socks, I don't need to have bare skin touching the mats. More than pleased with this purchase.

Excellent. Does what it claims. I find that it makes my feet (or wherever you are putting it) back, glutes quite warm. Helps me sleep a deeper sleep and does help with back soreness and pain. The size allows me to take it with me.

Tried it for just five minutes by standing on it with bare feet. I was not expecting to feel anything at all but after a couple of minutes the soles of my feet felt very slightly warmer. I am more aware of my toes after using it. I generally have cold feet so what this means I am not sure but I will definitely be using it for 30 minutes every day to test the longer term effects.
