This grill is amazing! I love the look, it's very sturdy and holds temp very well. I love the fact that I can add more coals if I want it hotter with the front door design. The ash catcher makes for an easy clean up. The directions were a bit confusing. What's labeled on the parts is not what is on the pictures. You have to go to the table of contents to learn what part is what. ( i.e. parts 7&8 are RF & RB)

After talking it out of the box I was relieved that all the cotter pins, screws, and nuts were in pill packs. The directions said Phillips screwdriver and crescent wrench, but I actually found it easier to use a 10mm wrench because of some tight spaces. Right off the bat I noticed the height adjuster knob looked used and some of the pieces looked like they had been assembled then taken apart. However, all pieces were accounted for. So I believe the reason the assembly took so long was because the directions are just pictures. One area I thought I was confused with was putting in the drip pan. It was my husband that told me it slides in from the back. (Good to know). Also, be careful screwing down the temperature gauge. I broke it off trying to make it snug. It's ok cuz I figured I can pick up an oven thermometer for cheap. Another issue I have is that the lid sits wanky. I can handle the issu but Keep in mind ya get what you pay for and we are just happy to have a grill for this summer so we don't heat the house with the oven.

We use this grill/smoker frequently for dinners/weekend barbecues. It’s just the right size for our deck and has nice features such as the ability to raise and lower the cooking surface over the coals. It was a bit of a challenge to put together, took us way longer due to confusing directions on how to attach the legs. But once assembled felt like a quality piece of equipment. Would highly recommend.

First of all let me state at the outset that this is a wonderfully engineered and sturdy grill. More than worth the money spent. Now having said that it is a shame that the instructions leave a tremendous lot to be desired. Having six decades of experience putting grills together I was able to get through it with mostly no trouble doing it solo. Newbies are going to have issues. The instruction manual can be improved by making the illustrations larger and more detailed. The written parts were fine for the most part but some better detail on when and when not to tighten would have been nice. However all and all I am very pleased with my purchase and I give it 5 stars.

Good grill for the price. It was really hard to put together. It took a long time. Make sure when you put it together you have step one right side up. I did it upside down and had to start over. The way to not mess this up is make sure the back of the box you make has the holes for the hinges towards the top. (you will know what I'm talking about when you get to the first step of assembly) . But other than that it is large, and well made. I didn't have any kind of dents or scratches on mine and the delivery was not bad either. The box was not damaged or anything.

Grill put together nicely & works properly. I really like the ability to adjust the charcoal depth for regulating how fast to cook.

I wanted a grill to use for the next two years. I like charcoal. I looked at the Weber, but didn’t like how the base model required you to lift the lid off and set it on the ground, which is just yuck, not to mention inconvenient when you’re trying to brush, marinade or season or flip your meat. I chose this one based on its hinged lid, trays on either side and just the right size to feed a family. The grill did take several hours to put together. Once it’s put together, it’s quite sturdy. It is a bit surprising that some of the metal does feel thin piece by piece, but it is substantial enough. we have used it and so far so good. I Purchased a cover for it to make sure it lasts the length of time I’m hoping.

This is light-gauge metal. Some panels bent during assembly. Be alert that assembly instructions have some errors; I had to perform some steps over because instructions said use metal screw E when the correct screw is B. The video shows side trays that fold down, but these are fixed, not folding. Also, two spot-welds were loose, so I had to drill hole and fasten the support bracket with a bolt.

Se ve muy padre, llegó una pieza abollada (no sé si defecto de fábrica o por la paquetería) pero no afectó el armado. El instructivo desde mi punto de vista no es tan claro. Ya lo probé y es un sólido 5 estrellas

Es de buen material, firme y tiene buena pinta! Algo tardado de armar, las instrucciones confusas. Pero una vez armado es fabuloso.

Bueno a secas. Los materiales si bien no son malos, no se perciben tan duraderos. La lámina se siente ligera. Habrá que ver. El tamaño de la parrilla está excelente. Lo que no me gustó es que las mesas laterales son fijas. Hay otra versión con mesas abatibles, me di cuenta demasiado tarde. En cuanto al ensamble, es sencillo, pero no rápido.
