In the title it says "single pack" what does this mean? does it come in a retail package with software, manual etc or is it bulk packaging?

It comes in a box just like the picture shows along with an instruction manual. You will need to download the software.

Purchased ePad Dec 9th, installed, however pen to pad alignment is WAY off. Is this a driver issue or out of box failure on equipment???

I use these everyday while working with car dealerships. If you have the software installed then go to: Start Menu>Control Panel>ePadInk - USB. From here there is a calibration tool that will align the pad.
