One great find
My physical therapist recommended this item and it really works to relieve head and neck pain. Use in twice a day for 5 minutes and over time, you will find relief.

Comfortable relaxation for my neck
Wondered at first if this would provide the relief I was looking for. Iโve tried many different products but this supports my neck just right and provides cool comfort to relax at the end of the day.

This thing really works!
The good news is that this small piece of foam does exactly what it's supposed to! I have cerebrospinal fluid flow issues, and my craniosacral therapist recommended that I get this CranioCradle for extra support between sessions. It helps the CSF drain, which helps my entire body! I took off one star since the cradle is a little to big for my head. (For reference, I have a small head, even for a female.) Because of this, I need to do one side of my head at a time, but it still works.

Great for self-care for knowledgable bodyworkers!
I am a bodyworker struggling with a frozen shoulder. This tool is amazing! I combine it with my sticky yoga mat which keeps the base of. the tool fixed. Then I target points that need to be released. The mound on the cranialcradle sticks to my skin and allows me to traction the fascia around a problem area by moving my body or moving a limb. The range of my arm movement is starting to free up. I have less pain and less kyphosis. I highly recommend this tool, especially for self-care, if you are a bodyworker. I have never been able to work on myself with so much effectiveness! I LOVE THIS TOOL!

Love the neck support
I am a licensed massage therapist and I use this to support my clients neck. I like that you can use it anywhere on the neck.

Some big problems.
I think it would work great on the trigger points, IF it didn't slide away from where it needs to stay. There should be something - maybe a mat that goes under your shoulders to keep it in place. Also, I wonder how long the material will last, especially if using it under more weight such as shoulders or back. Price should be about half or less - way overpriced.

Worth it
I hesitated for a long time to get this due to the price. I still think it is overpriced when the materials cost is almost nothing, but the help it provides is priceless, so I bit the bullet and went for it and I'm so glad I did... My favorite tool is still the Thumby, but I use it in the car and when it falls out it doesn't make a sound, so after I lost the last one, I came looking for another and this was a recommended product that came up. I stuck it in my for later section and went for it with stimulus money. I wish I could convey all the ways it can be used to provide relief, but that's not possible here, so I'll just say it's worth it... And try it in different spots. Yes at the head/neck and sacrum as suggested, but also along both sides of the spine, and try both directions. They feel different. I like the apex pointed down and the contact points up, hitting both sides of the spine and with gentle pressure leaning back and forth, side to side so they strum across the muscle fibers, and I did it while driving when I'm stuck in a seat I can place it against. It's the best.

This neck cradle is TINY!!!!
This was supposed to be an item for neck therapy that could help with cervical decompression. MY BAD that I did not check the dimensions of the item before purchasing. It's only the width of the spine. I guess it's supposed to be used for trigger point massage of tight muscles next to the spinal column? Completely useless as a neck cradle unless your neck is 2.5" wide. It's only slightly larger than my hand and it was $46.00?????!!!! Insane. It's going back.
