I bought several of these knives in various colors to use for travelling and picnics. They are sharp, the bright colors make them easy to find in your suitcase or when you're eating out after dark, and the sheath makes them safe to carry around. Whether they will stay sharp is yet to be seen (the Komachi knives did not stay sharp)

Very sharp. Like the blade guard.

Love this little knife! Perfect color is true to the picture and the sheath is very handy. Color isn't fading or chipping despite frequent use. No rust and haven't had to sharpen it yet since I bought it about 5 months ago! Highly recommend for anyone that needs some lovely purple color in their kitchen!

Iโve been using Kuhn Rikon knives for the last 5 years and before that, spent a good fortune on other high brand named knives. No difference between these besides the price. Knives are super sharp, comfortable to hold and aesthetically the colours are fun. Plus, itโs made in Switzerland and therefore well made.

I purchased this knife for use while trekking the Camino in Spain. I figured it would be disposable so for the low price it would not be that great. However, it was so practical and sharp that I brought it back home. I was sharp and easy to use. The case for the knife was practical and useful when the knife went into my backpack. The blade had small mini serrations and cut everyone from bread to cheese and even nylon straps. I didn't know what to think about the bright color (yellow) but it was great to spot and never misplace. Ran into several people who loved it and also some that had their own.
